Each month, Reliv Corporate strives to recognise advancements in the field to celebrate your success and hard work! It is so important to be acknowledged by the entire community and is an easy way to boost the morale of your fellow Distributors or customers.
The term “celebration” comes with a fun, light-hearted connotation; however, celebration should be something practiced regularly in your business. Recognising the accomplishments of your downline or the results of your customers is completely free on your end but priceless to the receiver. Moreover, your recognition could be the motivational boost that person needs to move to the next level in their business.
Here are a few ways you can celebrate more in your business:
- Write handwritten notes. A short and sweet handwritten note goes a long way. Send a congratulatory card to someone rocking the business in your downline or to a customer who has been taking Reliv Now® every day! If handwritten notes aren’t your thing, send a personalised email to check in!
- Congratulate on Facebook. Social media is an incredibly easy way to connect and follow up with your customers. Welcome new Distributors on Facebook with a special post, congratulate your customers’ results or have a monthly spotlight of someone you admire in the business. Whatever you choose, these simple posts will mean the world to the person you are spotlighting.
- Know the milestones. Has your customer been with you for a year? Is it the 10th anniversary in business of someone in your downline? Send them a note or just give them a quick call on these special milestones! Share with them your favourite memory of working with them.
Celebration promotes positive reinforcement and motivation. Your peers and customers will see and feel the difference once you start acknowledging them more. With these three tips, your team’s morale will go up and become more positive.
